Department of Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics at Işık University invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level from all areas of mathematics. The appointment begins September 1, 2008. In addition, multi-year visiting assistant professor positions will be available. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in mathematics and should show outstanding promise and/or accomplishments in both research and teaching. Duties include undergraduate and graduate teaching and independent research.
The University is located in Sile, forty miles east of Istanbul, at the coastline of Black Sea. Applicants should send a letter of application, a curriculum vitae and the names of three references to:
